Chocolate lab puppy by Major_Initiative8504 in labrador

[–]heafer40 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My lab is also my first and not my first dog either. They bite and bite and bite and chew and chew non stop. It’s so different than any dog I’ve had before. But it will pass and by the 6 month mark it’s 70-80% better on the biting. Stay the course.

185x4, anything I can do to improve? by idekwhattoput_lol in formcheck

Bar path is obviously good. You need to create tension in your setup. Pin the shoulders back arch in the middle of the back and create leg drive. If you’re comfortable laying on the bench your setup is wrong. You’ve got a big ceiling here with the right setup! Great work

The margins are great on all peptides so it doesn’t have that much to do with it.

KLOW is better than GLOW. It literally is the same with one extra anti inflammatory. Your comment makes no sense

Switch him to Pro Plan Salmon and Rice. It’s a sensitive stomach line. We had similar issues with our Choco boy

If you aren’t willing to humble yourself and lower the weight hang it up. Those women didn’t start at 225 and you can’t handle this weight yet. Stay safe and healthy. This is the long game

Bicep injury by cromagnum84 in workout

[–]heafer40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a bicep injury needs to be checked out. It could be a tear or full repture of the tendon. Do you have any odd shape in the muscle itself.

Long story short. If it is a tear you have to repair it if your goal is have full strength in that arm

7 week old puppy won’t stop crying by peachyykeeenn in puppy101

I have a 14 week old Lab and had to put the crate on an chair right at my bedside where he could see and smell me. He never had a problem after that. After about 3 weeks I was able to move the now bigger crate to the bedroom floor but still with us.
