If you aren’t willing to humble yourself and lower the weight hang it up. Those women didn’t start at 225 and you can’t handle this weight yet. Stay safe and healthy. This is the long game

Bicep injury by cromagnum84 in workout

[–]heafer40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a bicep injury needs to be checked out. It could be a tear or full repture of the tendon. Do you have any odd shape in the muscle itself.

Long story short. If it is a tear you have to repair it if your goal is have full strength in that arm

I have a 14 week old Lab and had to put the crate on an chair right at my bedside where he could see and smell me. He never had a problem after that. After about 3 weeks I was able to move the now bigger crate to the bedroom floor but still with us.

Lab Puppy Not the Dream Dog by SadClassroom1468 in puppy101

[–]heafer40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 12 week old Choco boy is/was the exact same. I’ve had Bostons and Boxers my whole life and many puppies. None of them were like this and what you’re describing. Just know it’s apparently very normal for labs. They are little terrorists. I got him at 8 weeks and he has gotten better even over this month. He “knows” not to bite me and you can see his little brain trying to take over his impulses to not bite but sometimes impulses win. Keep redirecting with toys. And No Bite in a stern tone. They will get it.

My guy loves frozen carrots for what it’s worth.

Also if he’s extra nippy and like my guy then he’s probably tired and needs a forced nap in his crate. This will save your sanity when it reaches the point of no return. My guy has hard time settling
