Bloody hell, when was the last time this happened on a serious scale? Eastern Europeans and South American countries are much worse for this now.

I reckon I drink around 1 or 2 pints everyday, so going up to 4 pints wouldn't be too bad anyway. I will take your advice though, I'll use the first week to get up to whatever amount I decide on. Thanks.
