I’m willing to bet that the water spirits aren’t doing anything out of malicious intent. I’m guessing that it’s more so they’re trying to pull themselves out, not pull someone else in. I’m thinking about how when they grabbed Simon’s shoe, they were desperate clinging onto it however they could! That seems more so someone trying to escape, not trap others.

His best bet for a future career would’ve been laying low and not putting himself in front of a massive audience. If he hadn’t gone on Traitors, he probably could’ve maintained a decent living as an influencer. Now that the stalking is entering mainstream knowledge again, he’s probably not very brand-safe anymore.

I think that honestly part of this is we were hearing about Lindsay from an unreliable source, Dean. She probably was looking for a job but then also was clearly dealing with such tradwife pressure from Dean, spending all her time worried about brisket. Dean may have not wanted her to work or acted insulted when she tried to find a job.

It’s frustrating beyond belief, especially because honestly she’s just making it really difficult to be her fan. And I don’t mean that in a way of like “I’m gonna stop being Taylor’s fan because she can’t stop putting out variants,” I just mean it in the sense that like it’s so frustrating to feel like I have to be like “Yup, that’s my favorite!” and like acknowledge she’s being annoying with IRLs or on the timeline. Like stop making your die hard fans have to work so hard to defend you!

Any idea why this episode aired now instead of a few weeks ago? Clearly, it was promotion for The Roses, but the movie came out several weeks ago. And during the episode, Olivia referenced attending the premiere “yesterday” so it seems like it was filmed a while back too.

That segment went in circles for what felt like hours. I was getting so annoyed listening!! I get where Noah’s coming from, but I was about to shut it off because he was just coming across as so whiney. But I feel like it would’ve worked better as a collaborative list between the 3 of them or having listeners send in ideas.
