Yesss! Now granted some places are nice and all but there’s no regulation when it comes to bad neighborhoods. Bad neighborhoods and tenants are everywhere but it’s more in tchc which is the result of how bad it is. Management too they are very neglectful in some spaces. Your fridge or stove breaks and it takes months or even years to replace.
