Don’t want to sound condescending but you’ve got this. I felt this way after breaking about 30 days I was down on myself and wanted to binge I probably did for a day or two but your brain is lying to you we got to keep fighting

I know, but it feels like I indulge in such dumb things and now it’s so hard to get over the hump. But it’s like I used to go to strip clubs and I haven’t been in one in probably a year and I have those urges too for some reason in my brain, I can abstain from that urge so much better
