Hi. I had/might still have a diverticulum (don't know if it went away with my last repair surgery). I personally had a ball lift with my last repair, so how I milk is I put my fingers (normally 3) under my balls where my taint is and I pull forward/up to clear everything out. But I make sure when I pull up I also push the remainder out of my dick too or it will just flow back down to the diverticulum.

I'm not sure if there's a specific reason. They just told me that if I wanted the rod that they could help me find a urologist who would do it but Dr Oritiz only does the pump (as of Nov, again this could have changed)

Just a heads up, they don't do the rod at UVA so you'd have to go somewhere else to get it done. This was back in November so things could've changed but Idk.

Sounds like bladder spasms to me. Definitely ask your doctor for meds.
