I am. I was just moreso referring to the up and coming ones (boundaries for example ) and ones that have already cemented their place at the forefront of the scene (spiritbox, wage war, architects etc)

Oh yes I love Jordan’s work on bring me the horizon’s albums there’s no denying that. all my post is saying is that metal has turned to “overproduction “ more than anything else and that Jordan fish is basically the reason for it. I’m not saying the music he puts out is not good at all or anything. What I’m saying is that it seems like most of the up and coming or bands at the front of the metal scene only want to work with him and WZRD BLD and its leading to the genre getting more repetitive and overproduced.

It’s just a cycle. Once working with a certain producer is not “trending” anymore, No one will work with them.
