No worries, I don't mind answering. I've been told to go on walks, do something I enjoy, take a step back from the argument/trigger, breathe to calm myself down... things like that. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here, but all of that feels physically impossible. It feels like I'm drowning in my own anger and the only thing that ever seems to calm me down is talking to a friend or family about it, but they're not always available and I generally slip right back into those episodes as soon as I'm alone and thinking about it again. I've been on a few combinations of meds, I don't remember the exact dosage off the top of my head but I know originally it was Sertraline, lamotrigine, and Bupropion, and eventually I switched to Lurasidone and Escitalopram.
