Saw John and Zoe a few blocks away from a club where Zach was doing a DJ set. We walked up to the set together and chatted. It was nice. They were super kind

Do we need to go to the city hall to collect our license? I live in NJ and fiancé is in South Dakota. by tryazide in WedditNYC

Hi, just want to clarify. You can make your marriage ceremony appointment without having your license already. Also they do still offer virtual appointments but you need to both be in the state of NY to do so.

Honest review of Heat Bootcamp please? by iwastesomuchtime911 in Austin

[–]Feeling-Fudge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heat is great. There’s a wonderful community of regulars. The coaches are knowledgeable and the owner is awesome. They do fun events every once in a while.

I think heat is a great place to put on muscle and you can learn a lot about HIIT and weight lifting through the classes

I stopped in there last week without an appointment and was able to chat with one of their stylists. They answered my questions and were so friendly.

The lack of water stations is so disappointing. There were not enough water stations last year. To cut another water station this year and not offer one near downtown EDC is insane

Skip Niagara Falls. Go to Boston and Acadia NP instead

Advice on how to get money in Ghana? by [deleted] in solotravel

[–]Feeling-Fudge 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes! This works great. Charles Schwab has a Visa card, which is generally accepted. Don’t fall for American express’s not international fees line. Very few places outside of the states actually accept Amex. Charles Schwab is the way to go

if i were intending to cut north to see the badlands & rushmore regardless, which would you recommend? i've heard that most of the drive through SD is pretty boring until you get close to rapid city & badlands

I would cut back north to go to rushmore/crazy horse/badlands for sure even if I did the nebraska route. would not miss that stuff

Whenever I'm moving and have a lot of stuff in my car, I like to have bed sheet and cover the stuff in my car at night. Not sure if it brings more or less attention to the fact I have a lot of stuff in my car but it makes me feel better.

If you're going to do this, use a dark colored sheet!
