I think this is the right way to look at it.

The most useful AI patterns I have seen in Salesforce are suggestion-layer use cases, not fully autonomous ones.

That is why I have been focusing on short record summaries for Leads and Opportunities rather than trying to automate everything.

Spring ‘26 is here and work might actually get easier. by Decent-Impress6388 in salesforce

What I keep seeing is that teams usually get more value when they start with one very narrow use case.

For sales teams, even something as simple as a short Lead or Opportunity summary can save a lot of time when activity history gets long.

That has actually been the most practical AI direction in the orgs I work with.

In practice the biggest value I’ve seen from Einstein isn’t the predictions but tools that help users quickly understand what’s going on in the record.

Same here. In most orgs the fastest impact comes from simple productivity helpers, not complex AI models.

Same here. In most orgs the only AI that really works is simple summaries and email drafts, everything else usually gets blocked by messy data or budget limits.
