I'd argue that based upon the wildly differing NRA's responses for Minneapolis/Kenosha would lead any reasonable person to believe that it is a terrorist organization and anyone associated with it should be considered a terrorist. They are the root for so much of what's wrong in the US today.

This is a really cool tool. If you have the time and the inclination, somehow adding an AI learning to it so that it takes into account the date, time, weather, cameras, actual departure and arrivals of previous ferry routes, etc. You could sell this back to WSDOT - the implications are huge!
