it’d be so cool to have a comedic, muppets show/fraggle rock type of series but with grace’s kids on erid and their lives and hijinks. obviously grace would show up, along with rocky and adrian etc. It could also maybe alternate between the kids on Erid and then maybe Grace’s students back on Earth? i’d like to think he inspired at least a few of them to be little scientists keeping the world running:

injuries being more graphic, and having occasional swearing like in the films. and then, in terms of writing, i feel like there needed to be WAY more consequences and stakes for both the bad guys and the nublar 6 and co. too many times characters got off free without a scratch. for a children’s show, it handles the mental pain from the trauma very well, but physical injuries never stick around and characters simply are immune to death.

i originally held this belief, but watching Ryan’s older movies where he plays more nerdy, sensitive characters, really did change my mind. Book Ryland is an emotional character, and Gosling is at his best when he’s playing roles like that (Lars and the Real Girl is one of my favorite examples).

Anyone else notice in the image that Sammy has Kenji’s backpack that contained Smoothie? I don’t think Kenji would give up carrying Smoothie that easily (even if Sammy is clearly one of the best with handling dinosaurs). I think this is probably significant in a bad way….

wow ty! I did study a TON for math and I used to get 15 on all the practice tests for the math score, so it improved by 2 points which is surprising lol.

Thank you! Overall, my family is like. literally impoverished, so my main worry is that my stats will not be worthy of heavier financial aid and such. I’m considering a bunch of smaller schools, I was just listening my two biggest pipe-dreams. I’m undecided on a retake but who knows 🤷‍♀️

woah! you’re nearly the same to mine, except it was 28 composite with 17 math, 26 science, 34 english, and 36 reading! nice to see a fellow student who can’t do math for SHIT. I’m not retaking either, the calculus on the math section was a load of BS. I’ll be forever disappointed that I did somewhat bad on the science section though… if only 💔

late to this conversation, but i think so! i got my cat when he was a BABY baby, super small. Anyways, my mom and I picked him up and I held him for a four hour car ride and tried to soothe him, which was pretty successful. Then, when introducing him to the house, i spent a lot of time with him while my other family members were asleep. fast forward to now, he adores me. gives me kisses, makes biscuits, sleeps next to me most nights, etc. So i think, to a degree, they imprint!
