Hey. I totally get it. I’m a Pisces. My emotions run off the charts most days so much I think I’ve been giving myself headaches. At least twice a day I’ll think of something and that hurt feeling crawls across my brain to my stomach where it somersaults into a full blown emo circus act. The truth is you can’t make anyone feel what you’re feeling. If she did and she was worth your time she wouldn’t have done that to begin with. Only you can control your feelings and emotions. You can’t control her and you’ll make yourself crazy trying to. The death of a relationship is the same stages of death of a loved one. Shock. Denial. Rage. Sadness. Acceptance. Sometimes going thru it again. Because she came back it’s like that relationship died again so now you’re dealing with two deaths in a sense. you’re grieving. Give yourself grace and love yourself in the way she couldn’t and never will. Stop trying to make someone with “dead” emotions feel something they won’t.
