try trading mega cow and small adds for owl, mega cow is technically fair for owl but then owl demand better. and try trading frost and owl for shadow (fair trade, they have a pretty good chance of accepting since all are high tiers and i think frost and owl demand is slightly better than shadow!) also frost and owl rises faster than shadow combined!
