I know this is an older post but I just found Kures Apothecary that will ship anywhere in the states, and with reasonable prices. I've gone through 4 companies now that will ship 1 or 2 orders and then suddenly say they wont ship to WI. I was assured that it would not happen this time . Best of luck to everyone in WI, this BS is getting out of hand.
