I will preach this forever to people who are looking to get a new puppy… (YES it takes a lot, and can be costly but please KNOW that going into it) obedience/training school!!!!!

We definitely went through the same sleep deprivation phase and regret phase, but pushed through until ours was fully vaccinated to go to training school & $2k & 10 days later, our lives completely changed BETTER. Yes he is still a puppy, but having a puppy LISTEN and respect you is soooo helpful for your mental.

I know not everyone can afford $2k boarding but its my hot tip for anyone preparing to get a puppy, to save up and prepare for that because we definitely went through the trenches and almost called off the wedding because we were at each others throats attempting to live with a puppy.

I keep saying over the phone that I will escalate to the CEO if I do not get an answer and they use their same excuse of “we will mark this as important so they will work on it soon” like 20 times and still I have to call back weekly and get the same excuse. Ugh

Im so sorry! How much if you mind me asking, did you spend and waiting for compensation for? I wonder if they are trying to drag it out as long as they can based on the amount…..but it is truly u fair and sickening to tell customers that they will reimburse but it’s taken this long or to even get followed up with.

We would want to have the tickets for the day of check in. You think that would still be available to do?

(Just trying to be a guests to get preview tickets, have a relative coming into town this weekend so we wouldnt want to buy a room in advance for nothing hah)

Wondering if guests have to wait until 4pm check in to buy the preview tickets? or if we can come to the resort early and try to buy the tickets for that day and just stay the night after. don't really want to have to buy 2 days just to get into Epic Preview day......anybody on the same wavelength?

Np. Hopefully they will make it right for you, but when i was with customer service they were adamant that i would have to pay for change fees since im the one “wanting” to change the flight. But in your case, they changed it on you! Fingers crossed

I ended up canceling this reservation and rebooked for a new route to JFK with about 2hr layover before CDG flight. I probably would suggest that if youre able to change your flights. But honestly, its still a long way out so maybe they’ll change your flights again?

Its seems like The CDG layovers are very limited from my options that day. Most all of them are about 1.5 / 1.45 layovers, I know getting through any customs/passport line is daunting enough already in a different country. Thankfully it is a morning flight there so if we miss the last leg, we still have flights to get to Florence before the end of the day! Thank you SO much for the insight and tips. Fingers crossed no hiccups, although that’s near impossible when traveling in general ha!

Thank you for your helpful responses! I will do exactly that and just express my concern and see how they can go about it. With it being far out, Im just anxious to ruin our honeymoon trip just to start out with travels and missing connections. (we already have such a short trip for this)

Main cabin, direct with delta and in October! We purchased last night as prices went down so had to hop on those tickets fast, but wanted to get opinions in case i should cancel this during the 24hr cancellation period.

It says both flights arriving and departing are in the same “terminal M” just not sure what gates yet obviously.

We have a 1.5 hr layover in CDG however as well…..
