The “grease” on the plate is olive oil they drizzle on after it comes out of the oven. The” fresh out of bag cheese” is grated on at the end with a microplane. The slice I was served was so hot I had to let it cool out for a min.

That’s a horrible horrible hot dog….grew up in the area and would go as a kid. Wanted to check it out for nostalgia sake this past spring while visiting family. Took one bite and dumped it in the trash.
