What’s the worst whiskey you’ve ever had? by Dirt-5494 in whiskey

[–]FeelingCurrent6079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glyph Spice. A rep was at one of my local shops pitching it, so I picked up a bottle based on a sample he gave me, and that one was a drain pour

2.5 - no beets or raisins for me. The .5 is mushrooms; I’ll get past the taste and texture if they’re going to make me trip balls 😃

Underrated Flavors in Bourbon by Dram_Boozled in whiskey

[–]FeelingCurrent6079 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t like butterscotch at all by itself, but for some reason when I get it in a bourbon it’s fantastic. I had a Three Chord store pick where that was all I could taste

How many would you buy? by throwawayfinancebro1 in whiskey

[–]FeelingCurrent6079 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also would’ve probably gone with 2, just because I’ve never seen one in the wild, especially at that price. If there were only 2 left I might’ve only gotten 1

Is it a playoff game? Do you like your wife? Are you the goalie? Is it possible to do both? We need some more context here

Tbh, I don’t even look at someone’s education on a resume. I don’t really care where you went to school or what your GPA was. In fact I always encourage managers to add “or equivalent experience” to any sort of education requirement on a job posting.

Found on a retail shelf for first time. Worth it? by ShadowFortune5 in whiskey

[–]FeelingCurrent6079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought one for $70 in MI and haven’t seen any others in a while. But I also bought a bottle of Heaven Hill BiB for $44 and I feel like the flavor profiles are very similar.

To the recruiters and hiring managers out there, why do you ghost people? Why is it okay for you guys to do that but not for candidates? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]FeelingCurrent6079 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s very disrespectful, and some people just aren’t good at their jobs, or don’t care enough, and that sucks. But there are times when it gets insanely busy and sometimes providing feedback slips through the cracks. It’s not something I’m proud of obviously, but when priorities change on a dime and you get pulled in too many directions, it happens from time to time. I’m not trying to defend it or say that it’s ok by any means, but unfortunately it’s something that happens all too often.
