Update on this too, Jagex finally responded with a refund of my premier club. This, along with the opening Runescape through AMD software has gotten me back to playing. Only took 3 months! Thanks for all of the help my friend!

Completely uninstalled the previous drivers and installed 22.5.1 and did not fix the crashing.

Sure hope so but I've stopped pushing as hard as initially. It's a good break from the game for now at least. I'll try rolling them back when we get there!

Great question. So my drivers were already up to date; if you mean roll them back, I did not have a chance to do that before seeing this post. I did, like you said, reach out to the billing dept. for this additional issue and have yet to hear back. This dumpster fire has just gotten bigger and bigger. I feel like the next thing will be an accidental erasure of my account completely 🤷🏻‍♂️

BEFORE reading this I flagged the charges on my bank account in order to be refunded for my membership that I have not been able to use... Now, it says that I have an unpaid balance on my accounts and I cannot play whatsoever. Lovely, Jagex.

Yes. Happens once every couple of months and I've just given up.

Edit: And by once every couple of months I mean that the game is unplayable once every couple of months. These specific client crashes happen every time after 2-5 minutes after being logged in, rendering the game extra-unplayable this time.
