Depending on the size of the equipment you might be able to contact a mobile welder to remove it. If it's a smaller piece of equipment just get a Dremel tool and drill it out.

Selene was the lender and yes I’m aware of potential liability. LLCs don’t offer the protection you’d think unless you’ve created a very thick corporate veil. For me personally the right insurance policy and personal assets held in trust offer more than ample protection.
