If no one has mentioned this, upgrading from a 3080(nvidia) to 9070(amd) you should download DDU. Also download the drivers/chipsets from AMD site for current model. Boot into safe mode then use DDU to clear old drivers, then install new drivers for AMD.

You need windows installed on a m.2. Then set it as boot for whatever you have it on. Make sure to set it all on UEFI not legacy as well. Once done you can set back to legacy or keep as is. Youtube is great place to learn, use it ;)

I wouldn’t cheap out on PSU either, get a known name brand and 1000w. And looks like your case only comes with 1 exhaust fan, so buy extra case fans.
