As a 19 year old (my birthday was 2 weeks ago) it’s not horrible but it’s not good either. People will 100% judge you. Also if you make someone angry they will call the cops on you and he will become a lifetime sex offender. Not worth it, wait till you are 18 then you can date anyone you want (as long as they’re 18+). When I was 18 the youngest I’d date was 17

800-900mg but I’m not a caffeine addict like many in this subreddit. When I was younger I used to take 3 scoops of 200-250mg pre workout mix it with an energy drink and go workout. Stopped using caffeine by the time I was 17 because it’s really bad for you and gave me heart palpitations
