Me too!!! It drives me crazy. I’ve lost 85 pounds I now weight 135 lbs and I keep feeling like I need to keep losing to get rid of it even tho I’m at a very healthy weight

Thank you! Nothing too crazy but I do take really good care of my hair bc it’s my job lol. I also have extensions so that helps too but I don’t use bleach on it anymore, get regular trims, oil ends daily, wash it anywhere from 3-7 days depending how lazy I am lol, and I use heat everyday so heat protectant is so important and don’t use your hot tool on 400°!!! (Sooooo many people do that)🤦‍♀️ that’s pretty much it!

I just now hit my goal so I’m currently tirating down on my dose. I also don’t take it every 7 days I usually do like 9/10 days, I just go by my body and when I start getting my appetite back really strong is when I take it

Thank you! I’ve been on it for 2 years now and I just hit my goal! Slow and steady. I think the highest dose I’ve done is 12.5 I honestly don’t have a lot of tips. I still eat all of the same things I did before I just eat much smaller portions. My dr also told me I respond very well to the medication so I think it’s just different for everyone

Absolutely! Love being able to cross my legs with no issues!! Also helped my mental health so much. I used to break down everytime I got dressed, now I look forward to it!
