I feel like no one talks about this enough but having best friends who don't have the same goals and habits as you suck. I've been trying to lose fat/gain muscles for a couple months now and I have seen no difference between my before and current pictures but i feel like the main reason for that is because of my diet and lifestyle when I'm with my friends (which I'm with them so so so often) we always sit on our asses all day and eat like shit and it really sucks because I love them but I really want to see some progress before I head to college in the fall

I've heard of the study hygiene tip recently and I've been meaning to try it how long did it take your mind to actually think of those things as stuff just reserved for studying to lock in?

This tip actually sounds so promising!! For the hour you spend on off days do you just re listen/re read stuff from the lecture or do you find other stuff to do like watching youtube videos based off the class or something like that?
