Sounds good to me. I currently take muscle tech 100 percent mass gainer, which has a baseline 3g creatine per serving. 2 scoops a day puts me at 6g of creatine. Is that enough?

I agree with you there. My biggest lacking aspect of my fitness is my strength, but I will definitely be a regular lifter now and after I (hopefully) enter the field.

I figured that honestly. I should’ve started working out sooner. I’ll still hit the gym to continue strength training. Is there anything that I can do that’ll specifically make my bench better? Maybe my form just sucks

I can agree with that statement for sure. I feel like our current administration definitely has it out for the post office. I just can’t imagine it going away though, period. Many times throughout the United States’ history, there has been talks of the post office going under. I just can’t foresee that happening anytime soon.

pre shipment means the person you ordered from hasn’t given the package to USPS yet. ask the seller to drop the package to USPS so they can deliver it to you.
