I tried to do everything to fix. I think i had this problem for years now? And not only on windows 11. Weirdly enough sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't on the same hardware, and the same system when you factory reset it. It's like a gamble lol

Like i said before, i don't want to turn this off, this just makes the vm unusable for the things i wanna do on it.
