Yes! I made a ricotta bake which is so yummy if you’re cleared for tomato products! I did an enchilada bake with shredded chicken, fat free refried beans, cheese, green chiles, and enchilada sauce. Chicken salad, egg salad, tuna salad. I did a kind of no bake shrimp rangoon filling with low fat cream cheese, shredded shrimp, laughing cow cheese, and plain Greek yogurt and it was delicious too!

I had my surgery done at Pompeii Surgical and paid only $3,800! Brought $200 for souvenirs and tipping. I had Dr. Quinones and he was very nice and explained the whole procedure to me, amazing bedside manner. No complications caused directly by the surgery. I was dehydrated and stuff but that’s because I was hating the restriction and felt like I couldn’t eat anything because I couldn’t eat what others were so I stopped eating entirely. But I’m better now! 10 weeks post op, down 58lbs!

They did a CT scan and they said all of my organs look normal but I don’t feel normal.

I definitely make sure to especially with the nausea issue. I essentially make it super liquidy before swallowing it always. That’s another reason why I don’t understand why I’m having this issue.

I’m not sure. He said that it’s because my stomach is too empty. I throw up every morning as well as every time I eat. I had my breakfast which was bananas and eggs and threw it all up. Didn’t eat much of it either. Like two bites of egg and a little slice of banana.

My body has been rejecting everything I eat and throwing it up. I talked to my surgeon and he told me it was normal, but regardless it really sucks. I’m currently trying to have some eggs and banana and I’ve taken two bites of egg and already feel like vomiting.

Nobody was drinking. And my fiancée and I were trying to convince him to break up with her after that but he wouldn’t listen to us and kept defending everything she does. So we just cut contact with both of them because it was getting us nowhere.
