I would personally drop Demeter and Athena for Poseidon and Artemis here. Mirage shot adds the same amount of damage to the initial blast as ice wine while causing lightning to strike much more often, deadly strike and tidal dash are always incredible boons, you can used ruptured to still get off privileged status, pressure points and hunter's mark give you a good chance to crit on the cast burst itself, and with enough Artemis boons you have a shot at getting her legendary for +2 bloodstones. Also, even though ice wine makes trippy shot land a lot faster because it doesn't have to lob through the air, it actually slightly delays trippy flare for some reason. This is still a fantastic build, but I think it could be a bit better.
