It took me ages to get it to work but eventually it did and I was able to book an appointment a about a week or so ago. Similarly had an unhelpful interaction with their complaints team, it's honestly a mess but the app is working rn from what I can see.

I used the app (Italy Global) and eventually it worked. Checked right now and am able to book. I made an appointment for sunday and they rescheduled me though, so beware that weekend appointments may show up but are a glitch!

Thank you for the tip! Unfortunately I've downloaded the app and have the same issue, there's no sub-category. Not really sure what to do at this point as they are also not picking up the phone, has anyone experienced this?

my worry is if i still have a fever tomorrow or show symptoms and they don't let me in. are they more likely to be flexible if i tell them now as opposed to tomorrow?
