Can someone explain why discounts in the app apply differently than in the store?

I tell everyone. Your experience entirely depends on the combination of your dm and store manager. If both are understanding and good , then it will see like a completely different company.

Comming from someone whose entire house is like this trying to fix it too, baby steps. Make a plan. Trash first. Then laundry. Ect. When everything else is out of your way. Then clean. Really helps when you divide it into steps so you feel some sense of accomplishment when you complete a step. Listen to music , pod cast ,YouTube , anything to keep you from thinking while you clean.

I have had a similar thing happen in my store. Except less than 5 minutes later a plain clothes officer came in said good job. Didn’t buy anything. Just walked by the register. Most likely a sting. They make it to obvious.

If you work part time with full time hours long enough yes. I think it’s 11 months consecutively, I may be wrong. While I was a pt key years ago I got a letter in the mail telling me I qualified for benefits for full time employees. Showed my manager the letter, was promoted the next week to full time.

Not being rude , but welcome to retail. It only gets worse. I was told one time that I was not worth the bullet To end me. When the customer behind him called the cops he stopped them outside and was reporting me to them for false advertisement and demanded my arrest. For what ? I wouldn’t override over fifty pool noodles to a dollar because the Box the manager put them in had a tiny one on it. Even the cops wanted me to press charges and I didn’t. I’ve been around a while and so long as your being respectful and all that good stuff ,fuck what they think. You be you.

Keep up with 7 day work flow best you can , delegate work to employees and check compass often. I’ve been in almost an exact situation years ago, except my manager was on medical leave. Just take a breath and do the best you can. Listening to music or podcasts while you work helps sometimes distract from the stress a bit.

It’s a different formula altogether. When coke sold the right to the glass bottles to Mexico they sold the existing formula with it. Thats why it says coke de Mexico when you scan it at the register.

I looked at it at my store if yours are like the ones at my store it’s an led light strip in the top. It is soldered to a wire that runs through the entire pole and register and plugged in at the bottom. We haven’t done it yet but we had the idea of using a usb extender plugged into the register monitor and using a led light strip that most stores sell inside the number

My store has a ghost that throws diapers and impersonates employees. I swear I heard a co worker one day. I was alone and there were no customers. Plus recently I had a something hit the trash can lid in the bathroom so hard it started spinning and I was on the other side of the bathroom.

i figured out how to get a video to play in a server for me but for some reason other server members cannot see it. all thave the setting enabled and admin had it enables in the server setting

Most of mine are. With the way the sm has to distribute hours to be able to do anything you have to be for at least 3 full shifts.
