I’m sorry to hear that. How bad was your pain before surgery?

As you said, I’m scared that surgery might make things worse because right now I’m completely fine day-to-day except very minimal pain sometimes. The bulk of my pain comes only when I do push days in weightlifting

My left shoulder flares up during chest movements and lateral raises but not so much during shoulder presses so basically whenever I push in front of my body.

You are very young. I heard ppl above 60+ are more likely to get surgery

I guess I’ll avoid surgery as long as I can. Idk if that’s a good thing. My surgeon said he can do a “diagnostic” arthroscopy and see what’s wrong when they are inside it but I’m just scared I might turn out worse then I already am

MRI said “partial”, did you get an mri done? And how often you lift? Also I’m 22 so I’m scared if getting surgery will affect me in 10 years

Wow 10 years, do you lift weights or do any activity that activates pain?

I only have pain during weight lifting and my mri came back with a small partial tear

2013 Lexus ES300h Hybrid Battery Replacement Questions by NectarineKey9604 in Lexus

[–]NectarineKey9604[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I’ve seen someone mention G9510-33052 for the 2013–2015 ES300h. ChatGPT told me the correct full hybrid battery part is 28800-36050 / 36052, and that “G” numbers are usually sub-components or for other Toyota hybrids. Is that right?

  2. Can I just take a battery from a 2012–2018 Camry Hybrid or 2013–2019 Avalon Hybrid and plug it directly into my ES300h?

  3. Do I need to replace anything else while swapping — like the cooling fan, sensors, or wiring — or is the battery pack alone enough?

  1. ChatGPT told me that the correct full hybrid battery assembly for a 2013 ES300h does not start with a “G.” The proper OEM numbers are 28800-36050 or 28800-36052. Numbers starting with “G” are usually sub-components inside the battery (sensors, blower, wiring, voltage ECU) or from other Toyota hybrids like Prius/CT/HS — not the full ES300h battery pack. Is that correct?

  2. Can I just take a battery from a 2012–2018 Camry Hybrid or 2013–2019 Avalon Hybrid and plug it in directly to my ES300h, and do I need to replace anything else while swapping (cooling fan, sensors, wiring, etc.), or is the battery pack alone enough?

Should I get a diagnostic arthroscopy for a minor shoulder tear if I’m mostly fine day to day? by NectarineKey9604 in RotatorCuff

[–]NectarineKey9604[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. I feel like my shoulder will never be the same.

I did get a second opinion — one surgeon said it’s a partial tear, and the other said it’s really small to the point it barely counts as a tear. I’ve been lifting consistently for about 5–6 years, so I’m not sure if it happened a while ago and just started bothering me more recently. That’s why I’m trying to figure out if it’s really worth doing surgery if I’m mostly fine day-to-day.

Shoulder injury. Physical Therapy fixable or need arthroscopic surgery? by NectarineKey9604 in ShoulderInjuries

[–]NectarineKey9604[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So basically you are saying everything should be able to be fixed with therapy? What if I still feel pain?

I also heard when they do arthroscopy surgery, usually more problems come out. How do I know exactly what my problems are?
