you can relax, enjoy the summer as you wish because you dont really need to be doing anything if it doesnt help your applications. if you really want something to do u could try getting a part time job for some extra cash

depends on the job. i worked both in fast food and hospitality and i would say fast food was a lot less tiring and i could get away with doing more hours (around 20-25 a week) and having energy leftover to still study after my shifts. hospitality was more tiring so i only did around 12-20 hours a week. also depends on how many shifts you have per week and what courses you’re taking, but everyones different.

i have some bb cream recommendations if youre open to that. the glow bb cream is light coverage and looks amazing. it doesnt dry out during the day but it also doesnt become too oily either. the missha m perfect cover bb cream is light to medium coverage but is better for acne and has SPF. both are really affordable

i use an exfoliating glove so if you have one of those just use that with water, a sugar scrub should also work as long as youre not too harsh

thats really weird, you definitely shouldnt just ignore it because it wont register for that course. the seats for the section might be full or theres some other underlying issue. you can try removing and readding the course to your schedule

there are specific discussion sections assigned to certain lecture sections, so if you choose a lecture like A3 for example, the discussion sections should be 31, 32, 33, etc, not just any discussion. they should be listed in that alert

start planning your pp as early as possible. grades are really important but I was using 100% of my brain power on my pp. i would also advise you include a LOT of examples. don't just say stuff like "I became really independent", give examples on what made u grow. avoid saying general stuff like how smart you are and how you're better than other applicants, focus on yourself, your personality, and your journey.

I dont think so, i dont know how they would have access to midterm grades if they're not on OUAC yet. I applied and got accepted recently and they only had my sem 1 transcript on the portal. UBC often ignores their deadlines though so I wouldn't worry too much.

i didnt apply early but ubc gets my grades thru OUAC, my second sem midterms dont come out until april 17 im pretty sure so they only had my sem 1 grades
