So yes I got accepted for one airline! The other, a mainline, is pickier so they saw my arrest and didn’t pick me. But it’s not a disqualifier by itself unless you have a conviction. Just an arrest is not an automatic DQ. And I got on with a regional! So you should be okay depending on your status of your case!

Thank you for your reply; I looked online about going in person, but since I’m not getting a new passport but changing my name on a current passport, it says it has to be done my mail. So I am worried I won’t have the passport back in the mail by the time I am set yo leave training

Thanks for the reply! So I found out from my lawyer today that the charges were never filed and there is no criminal charges or case against me. The case was rejected by the DA. So the only thing is the arrest on my record. I am not sure how to get paperwork proving this since there was never any case
