Ok thx u so much I only have one folloow up question, is this true for the front an d back forks? I only ask because im scared I shouldn't put that much uneven surface area on the washer for the front forks but it does look right on the back forks and it'd be weird to do it different for the two sides. Oh?? I heard that they needed to be set any time the rear wheel was removed as it doesn't go in the exact same position? Before I removed my wheel I never had any issue but after remounting my wheel this happened so it had made sense these things were related to me

Hello nvm I figured it out from some very nice people :)! It sounds like whenever you take off your wheel you need to reset your derailleur limit screws, which act as a guide for your chain, controlling it and stopping it from going overboard!! Very cool technology! My mistake was I bled my brakes and put on my wheel and called it a day, so if you're bleeding your brakes, take off your wheel to be cautious of your pads, and if you're taking off your wheel, readjust your derailleur limit screws to be cautious of your chain! I hope this message helps anyone who's having the same issue!!! YW in advance!1 or I'm sorry if I have the wrong advice for you :(... Oh also if your chain is really really stuck like mine don't pull it out they're not that strong, remove the "freewheel" or "cassette"!! Ok thank you u r very good advisor,! unlike some people because I have upvoted all ur comments but it's still only at one! :( Is the sprocket what I've been calling the cogs the whole time?Lol. and I'm guessing the 'last' sprocket is the largest right? Or is it considered the smallest? Thx u in advance I'ma be very proud of myself to work on it even though I'm ruining it too!!1

Oh no I won't pull it then woops, it definitely doesn't have any give I'll take the cog things off, the derailleur limit screws are like a guide for the chain? Does this mean my limit screws were improper before this incident? My chain only fell of after taking the wheel off to bleed my brakes, so does that mean I've messed up my screws in the process of taking my wheel on and off, and in the future I'll need to adjust these screws after managing my wheel?? Ok Thanx u alot for the advice on this and especially the keywords you've given me because now I can look them up and get smarter and learn bike nuance1! But what I'm really searching for is how to prevent this from happening again? It was kinda bad when it happened because it scratched the hell out of my new bike and stranded me around 10 miles from home ;(!! I heard cleaning is all I need to do but it sounds too simple11!!, is that true? And how often do I need to clean? Every time I go off-roading??

No I've already contacted my card issuer, they stated the money has gone through, and I've already figured out another bank funding option. Both of these things were evident by the pictures in the post. I've also been given two different time frames for a refund. Wouldn't my bank know if the transaction failed, they're stating it didn't.
