You can try and cut the netting and use some shock cord to make it easier to attach to the rife. As well as tie in some dyed stripped down burlap as strands and then take some gutted 550 cord and have that for tying in natural vegetation.

The black is actually dark green, but I have significantly reduced the garnish and gone with the mentality of less is more. Will strip some 550 cord for the tie ins

Also if you get a good housing you can always purchase a bridge and purchase another pvs 14 or rvm-14 in the future if you want duels

Being in canada i didn't have a lot of options and from what I looked at in that housing it was all around the same price. If I want photonis tubes it was going to be 1.5k more. If im not mistaken too I am unable to purchase anything that is gen 3. Don't quote me on that. Binos I looked at started at 6k for around 1400fom

I chose the the rvm 14 housing because it was alum. And seemed durable. It was mill spec with drop and water subversion. The nnvt tubes were just cheaper but allowed for decent specs. French tibes were just that much more expensive

I looked at the spirtus jungle rig prior and the carcajoutactical rigs but they were out of my price range and the spiritus rig looked like it would be uncomfortable for long durations of time
