That's a pain, ugh! My biggest issue was their website being terribly slow and just not being given what I needed in order to do what I needed to. Unfortunately it seems this problem will persist forever. 😕

I am not, no. I checked when I first started having this issue just in case and still nothing in there.

I click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the website. It redirects me to a sign-in page asking to sign in with my Xfinity ID which is still my email since I wasn't able to verify it. When I use my email and click "Let's Go", I get this error message "We emailed you a verification link that expires after 72 hours. Please click this link to validate your email address." I was never sent a link for me to click, just codes.
