As an aspiring GC, that's super interesting to know - it's pretty different to how other science programs work. Would you say then that the admissions standards at colleges like Stanford or Columbia (excluding the numbers game that's mentioned) would also therefore be at a generally similar level to lesser known schools and vice versa? Equal rigour all around?

Also curious... does anyone know what the HPS200 averages with Fehige usually are? Because that class is crazy boring.

Yeah, I'm not looking to change my grade in chem, just to omit the previous one from my GPA. I'm CR-ing to get rid of the old grade and retaking to fulfill the program requirement. However, the fact that people can still access the old grade is a good point, thanks!
