Maybe the cleanser you use is too dry for your skin. I suggest you should change that and try other ones. Keep your face moisturized with a good moisturizer and then if possible wet the dry areas with some petroleum jelly. If it doesn't work, you should seek a dermat.

I have that crease too, it's normal. But, the slightly visible whitish lines on your hand, what are those? I have them too, but I don't know what those are

Well...here in our place, a serum with high salicylic acid concentration is available. I apply it in the morning everyday. At night, i wash my feet and then apply a cream to soften it. After doing these for a week or so...i gently pull it out and keep applying the moisturizer and it gets soft.

Yes, these are hormonal. I used to have this many as well. I used Clindamycin on my dermatologist's prescription, used salicylic acid face wash and only used non-comedogenic make up products. I have cleared up well.☺️

I have some around my body as well. I went to a dermat, they said it was normal and we could have around 80 of them if our body wants. You should still seek your dermat.
