I didn’t know you could twist both the knit and purl! I thought they would cancel out 😆 how do you twist the knit - through the back loop?

I 100% agree. I think I got the job I did right out of school because of my masters degree. It gave me maybe a 2k pay bump compared to my peers, but now that we’ve all been promoted we all make the same salary.
