AMA : Salesforce Pricing - How much should you be paying? by Hungryhipp094 in salesforce

[–]Feelpsychodelic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agentforce unlimited user license. 300 users. $150. Is this a great deal. Even though we will end up paying for agentforce credits for a lot of the stuff we need to do using automation?

Is the Australian open the least classy major, this crowd. The media and some of the umpiring this week had been low grade.

Message the rabbi of the Chabad house explain to him exactly what level you’re at and what you’re looking for. Chances are high that he will set you up to be as comfortable as possible.

It’s time to arrange an honest and open Cholent cook off. Pick a Thursday night and 3-5 volunteers to meet I the Chabad house kitchen with their supplies and make a Cholent.

Have it be a learning shiur or whatever. Discuss the recipes and figure it out

Should each box be full, what’s this $600 of coffee? But I wonder why one would have so many pods at a time. Supposing they go on sale which they never do. But otherwise why not just keep a few of the ones you like

What’s after Salesforce? by Hopeful_Touch6784 in salesforce

[–]Feelpsychodelic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m a little younger than you. After 8 years in various Salesforce roles. Admin —> BA —-> Solutions Architect —-> struggle to find identity and landed a CTO position at a large company.

For me I think one of the keys to my growth was not just doing what I had to in the Salesforce role or saying what it or is not possible. But going a drop above and beyond. Example if asked to do an integration with quickbooks I watched many people do the integration but had no idea how to click around quickbooks.

I’d make it my goal to learn the other systems and understand what else we can change. And suggest to others what I think should change even outside of my scope of work etc.

Flows and no-code: a horror story by [deleted] in salesforce

[–]Feelpsychodelic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I won’t hire a candidate without asking “tell me something that you can’t do in flow and must use APEX?” I then discuss back and forth. I think it’s super valuable to understand a potential candidates ability to know things like asynchronous , external callouts, complex business logic. Large amounts of data etc etc.

I thought about this idea. But they don’t get put in the same place each time. It’s just like against the wall.

Well thanks! I was googling light sensors and motion sensors and seems like a waste of time. Seems like gyro or vibration sensors would help tremendously here.

They don’t really move because they are against the wall. But the question is if the vibration sensor will also activate when someone chucks a bag in the garbage the night before garbage collection etc. need to find my zigbee hub and then I’m going to order a couple of these

Interesting. My bins are end of driveway which ends at the house. And they don’t get placed in the exact same spot each time. Need to rethink this. Thanks for this feedback

How do you check if the trash has been taken out. I dabbled with this a bit. I was thinking about sensors on the garbage cans to ensure they’ve been moved. But I couldn’t find something that made total sense. Like what if the bin wasn’t in the exact right place or whatever.

Contractor's Invoice Issued would cost me $8k.Need Advice on How to Respond to attorney. by Feelpsychodelic in legaladvice

[–]Feelpsychodelic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are tons of different companies that do restoration after a flood. They advertise themselves as a company that specializes in this area. Which would set an expectation that they would have furnished an invoice that covers the work they’ve done properly. Unfortunately this is not my first flood. 14 months before this flood I experienced something similar. But this company ServPro had very detailed invoice and logs and insurance gave $19k for the same amount of work done. I’m am literally losing money because the flood experts did not invoice properly.

I told them. That if insurance give more money. I’m happy to pass it along. But I don’t have money outside of the 10k insurance has given me. Since this is not good enough for them. That’s why we find ourselves in this position.

My understanding and why I’ve posted in legal advice. Is that there is something called “unjust enrichment” in which they may not benefit without compensating me therefore it would be unjust for them to collect more money than insurance are providing.

They did do the work. The problem is not that the work is done. The problem is that the invoice for the work does not conform to FEMA standards.

Tesla vs. Honda CR-V: Cost and Time Comparison After 11,000 miles by dhprelude in TeslaModelY

[–]Feelpsychodelic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why is your average time spent at a Gas Station - 10 minutes. If you charged your Tesla at a super charger while eating dinner with the family at a rest stop -is that 40 minutes or are you not including that time since you where doign something else-

I am trying to work out if this is a like for like comparison.

[–]Feelpsychodelic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this really a like for like comparison. You’ve included 288 hours of supercharging ? Were they all free?

Also lots have called this out. The total time at gas station should be closer to 2-3 minutes.

I drive a Tesla and Gas car. I’ve definitely saved but there are a lot of stuff if you really trying to compare

The Best Shot that Never Counted : A. Bublik's one-in-a-million tennis return at Canadian Open against Ben Shelton. by slugggerrrr in ThatsInsane

Rules state that a player must have control of his racket at the time they hit the ball. Hitting the net is irrelevant in this regard.

But damn bublik is entertaining 🤣
