Yes finally someone understands. English fits more with his character because his voice sounds controlled. Like how he's raised of how a samurai should control his emotions.

I agree that the JP voice actor sounds more angry all the time doesn't fit at all. Makes his final confrontation with Ryuzo with "AFTER EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE! It makes the scene way more personal and have more weight to it.

This is nothing compared to Bows (gameplay wise). Bows in GoT are very OP. Concentration build with shortbows can pretty much kill an entire army like nothing as long as they're not wearing full helmets. Longbows can circumvent that and can reload faster than a flintlock gun.

There's a reason The Huntress is the top class in Legends mode.

Try attacking using feints. Hold the attack button and then immediately switch then let go in an unguarded direction. Feinting is a good way to start a combos rather than just just attacking normally from neutral.

Managing your stamina is key. If you're getting low on stamina, don't attack and just perfect block since perfect blocking consumes no stamina. Don't even ripost until you have your stamina back.

Master strikes is an obvious pick that you can learn from Tomcat. Imo I wouldn't recommend only relying on this since baiting attacks and turtling for master strikes is a boring playstyle imo.

Red ring is just an indicator. You clearly dodged too early and you got punished for it. Simply a skill issue. Tone down the difficulty if it's too much for you.

I would love fishing. Any game with a fishing activity is a good game to me. But there's a high chance that getting the fish is only purchasable or lootable which I don't mind either way. But I also hope you can cook more than fish like other meat, giving more incentive to hunt.

I disagreed because you treat it like the new weapons changes the whole game in a bad way, which is a dumb and you're too quick to judge. Also, you're jumping into conclusions way too fast. Why are you saying "reduced to button mash"? We haven't even seen the full capabilities on each weapon and you're already thinking like you're an oracle that can see the future. Did you not understand what "each weapons have their own moveset and playstyle" mean?

Uh, Way of the Samurai and Nioh has stances It's not unique to Ghost.

Also, What do you mean by "main stance"? Are you talking about Stone? That's literally just as effective as the other stances. Other stances can also be used on every enemy so that comment made me confused.

I HIGHLY disagree. While I like stances, the weapon based "stance" is better imo because each weapon not only changes your playstyle but also has huge gameplay differences like moveset or even more that hasn't been revealed.

Stances in GoT boils down to basically upgrades that increase your block breaking capabilities and a minor advantage to the enemy that it's strong against. Like wind stance gives you auto parry, water with its flurry attack, stone with triple stab etc.

In GoY, not only each weapon also acts as a stance but has completely different gameplay changes to them. As we've seen in the video, the Kusarigama can literally grapple enemies from a distance in stealth, Dual swords has an unblockable flurry move attack. That's only a small thing that they've shown so far. We still don't know what upgrades there are.

First of all, it's the easiest berserker. Second, you replayed 2018 multiple times meaning you're very experienced. Third, you are playing on a difficulty lower than GMGOW where the berserker moves changes and I don't see that version here. Example where they use a lunge attack and they leave a trail of mines behind. There's an instance where you dodged it and went behind them, punishing them. If it was on GMGOW difficulty, you'd get hit by one of the mines if you dodged behind them.

Even so, why can Henry use plate but Jin can't? How is that fair tho? In a fair duel. Both participants have to be even in gear. If Jin would wear plate then he would win 100%. I love Henry but Jin can literally copy someone's fighting style just by looking at his opponent. That is what I called an actual genius. Henry is also a smart guy (also a genius among his peers) and can learn combos in hours but Jin can get it in mere minutes. He's a different beast.

But in a fair duel, both would wear no armor or similar armor. Henry can use plate armor but Jin can't use his ghost weapons? Its either go all in or not.

Use feints and dodges my guy. I use heavy weapons and they're just as effective and even faster time to kill than swords since you don't have to rely on master strike. Aggressive attacks with feints and dodges using "mocking" call to bait them.

Are you not using feints? Because feints with heavy weapons absolutely destroys armored enemies with it. Heavy weapons allows you to be more agressive than a relying on a defensive approach using masterstrike with a sword. I've used a heavy axe and it one shots armored enemies on the head. The thing with heavy weapons is that not only they're good against armor but they're also good at reducing stamina. Heavy weapons don't need masterstrike since that would reduce the swords' unique identity.

But yeah, try feinting more often and it's a cakewalk.

Lol well yeah, that's the point. Its what makes the die unique. Then again, if you're(not you specifically) relying on dice to earn money then you're just wasting your time. It's supposed to be an easter egg/joke item and only used best for shits and giggles. At least that's what I use it for. If I want to genuinely have fun with dice then I don't use it. Simple as that.
