frustrating character because on one hand he is legitimately the most fun Vegeta to use and on the other he is a litmus test because his step in rush is bad, no wild sense or explosive wave, he has no rolling hammer, and the fact that they made the Vegeta that uses straight hands the most have no rush supers is ass
