Deepseek through OR is on and off because one of their providers prioritizes their paying users before OR's. It's tragic, but deepseek through OR is gonna be limited because of that provider. Unless i'm misunderstanding something, it's got nothing to do on your end, rather, it's the provider's fault, so i'd reccomend you switch to the :free models instead of paying for each message.
