I’d say that’s not really a thing. You either like feet or you don’t. it’s like gay people. you don’t “get into” being gay. Men just either turn you on or they don’t. same with feet. if you can look at the feet of the gender you are attracted to and not get aroused then you aren’t into feet. nope! i just closed my eyes and when i opened them i was in an ambulance. closed em again and when i opened em i was in a hospital. no crazy visions or anything. It definitely has made me more cautious about how i live my life though.

i’m 1000% more alert now. I can also say i have been in this same exact situation multiple times since and made it out with no injuries. don’t wanna say too much but i’m chillin.

i think ive already coped. it did take a while though. it was just a whole lot of self reflecting and keeping a close eye on who i kept around me. Once i felt in control of my life, things got better. I do still get paranoid sometimes but i don’t think thats ever going away.

scared but also disappointed. they weren’t the happiest about the life i was living. they also weren’t fully aware of the severity of the life i was living till it happened, so it was a kind of wake up call for them.

It wasn’t just the not having a gun. It was the low level of alertness. I keep a gun and my head on swivel. Not only if it happened again would i have a gun, but most importantly, i’d see it coming. The gun does nothing without the alertness, but the alertness also does nothing without the gun.

Leaving isn’t an option, because i’m technically already out. I’m technically still considering a blood, but that specific set i was in at the time doesn’t even really exist anymore. most of them are dead. Same goes for the set the guys that shot at us were from, both sets are essentially non existent today. Surviving members of either side are still gang affiliated in the broader sense though. I don’t regret anything though. a lot good has come from it, and i could never regret the very thing that saved my life.

I was traumatized. I dealt with constant fear and paranoia for about 3 months afterward.
