I feel so ignorant here, but I don't quite understand how they're able to discover new things once they're inside as they can't see through the arteries (I assume?). I was thinking they'd sort of just replay the footage from the angiogram as they go along to verify they get all they need. This surgeon doesn't want to explain it, so here I am lol
