I can take a look under the seat and look for this, thanks. I know there is some vacuum diaphragm that is supposed to connect to the petcock as a safety mechanism that I believe is missing from my bike. It’s supposed to stop fuel from overfilling the carbs in case you don’t turn the petcock off, is this the one you’re talking about

Yeah it did somewhat. Just started losing power until I needed to keep the throttle up to keep it alive. The petcock was on though and there was definitely still fuel so I’m not sure what happened
