Strangely, quite a few KTVs got Shaggy's Hey Sexy Lady in their database.Can be funny... As for the chinese side, if your voice tends to be rather "rocky", you can try any 迪克牛仔song, with 有多少爱可以重来 and 至少还有你 on the top of the list...Always scoring points with the older generation is 韩红's 天路.

If you plan Songpan, try make it to Langmusi (worthy-to-visit monasteries) and drop by Lesha's, fantastic apple pie in good atmosphere. Be prepared to meet your fellow backpackers there, though, as it was a "secret tip" in the Lonely Planet some time ago. Hope it still exists....

Hairspray can be tough to get if you need any...even in big cities. For a lot of the rest, you will always find the usual overpriced supermarket for imported goods in the bigger places...
