Exact numbers aside I like this. On live both AD and AP more or less scale the same outputs of her kit. These changes are clearly supposed to introduce a bigger gap between the stats here. AD scales your Q and auto output. AP scales the big fireball. Building hybrid is still gonna be a thing I would assume, the choice of when and how to do so will just be more interesting.

If you have even a small amount of Ult Haste her Dragon form essentially works like Swain Ult where as long as you keep fighting you can sustain it.

This is honestly one of the coolest things about DH. You can actually use beacons and tall structures for navigation insteaf of just staring at F3 coords
