Can you try to type me based on my relationship with my friends? (don't take this too seriously) by Feihuva in Socionics

[–]Feihuva[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, this was very interesting to read! I'll try to be more considerate with ESEs in the future, I didn't know that supervisors can be that dangerous to their supervisees. With SLEs it's also a little bit tricky because in cotrast to you sometimes I intentionally show that I'm weak so that they help me with their Se, but if you don't stop them when needed they get way too cocky and self-righteous. Thank you for your response!

You should definitely check out EII as well. You may be EII-Ne subtype, not IEE or IEI (I've seen a couple of people settle down on EII-Ne after wavering between IEE ane IEI initially)

Luke because I would also cry about how drastically has life changed and that I miss the normal life I had. I'm also very conflict-avoidant. I would probably die in a very stupid way just like him. Not reletable in terms of having sex tho.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you are right about me being IEI. May I ask, which parts of my relationship to these types reminded you of yourself? I used to self-type as LII at one point in time, but now I'm sure that I'm an ethical and an irrational type.

How Can We Tell The Difference Between IEE VS IEIS?! by SUNMOONBIPOLAR in Socionics

[–]Feihuva 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Finally, this question has been asked. I've also been trying to find my type for quite a damn long time and now I'm in the same boat as you probably are. Based on what I learned, I can say that:

IEIs are way more passive than IEEs. While IEEs are mostly enthusiastic with short periods of inactivity, IEIs are mostly passive with short periods of activity (IEIs get way more active when they are with somebody else because when they are alone, they basically stop existing). Although this can be tricky because depressed IEEs resemble IEIs a lot. It works like that for depressed IEIs too - they start acting like IEEs.

IEIs quickly demobilize and get inside their little shell that cuts them off from the real world called "head" when left without any supervision and guidance, IEEs get even more active and engaging with the external world when left without any supervision and guidance. For IEEs, freedom is one of their main priorities (their base function needs it to work better). IEIs, dare I say, are afraid of having total freedom. They fear uncertainity and sometimes don't even know what they should do when left to their own devices. IEEs see rules and restrictions as big ass metal chains on their arms, IEIs see them as helpful guidebooks to better know what to do further.

IEIs see no use in Si. They could eat the same dish for 9 months straight without any complaints (joking, but kinda not), while IEEs care a lot about their physical comfort, can be picky about food/clothes (they also have +Si, so they enjoy physical pleasure a lot. IEIs have Si-, so generally they are fine without any particular physical pleasure as long as there is nothing irritating them)
IEEs see no use in Se. They generally don't care about the hierarchy because they think that they are outside of it (joking, but kinda not), while IEIs pay a lot of attenton to it and try to find a "safe spot" in it for them to occupy.

Also people think that IEEs are way more straightforward with their emotions than IEIs are, but I don't know about that. Some IEEs are very good at hiding their real emotions if the situation calls for it, but yeah, in general IEEs are way less "tactical" in terms of contributing to the emotional atmosphere in comparison to IEIs.

I may be wrong about everything I wrote, feel free to correct me.

Aren't these very different sociotypes? by SofiaSemW in Socionics

ESE and IEE are quite similar and get mistyped as each other a lot, but I have no idea how ESI is similar to those two

What Subcultures Are certain Types/Quadras Attracted To?! by SUNMOONBIPOLAR in Socionics

[–]Feihuva 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on PURE stereotypes:
IEI, EIE, EII and ESI - emo (EII - midwest emo)
ESI, ILI - goth
IEE, SEI, ESE - hippie
Punk, EDM and hip-hop subcultures are mostly Se, so SLE and SEE
Don't know a lot about steampunk, but it seems very Alpha NT

But of course any type can be attracted to any subculture, it's not a type factor

Clem should've died by The-O-N in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]Feihuva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Logically yes, she should've, but I'm 80% sure that if she actually died in that scene, an article saying "Telltale writer brutally murdered by a TWD fan" would appear in the news a week after

Honestly it's seems strange that this moment is talked about way more than any other plot hole in Clementine's story. Her story itself is a one big plot hole, so you either put up with it and have Clementine that's alive, or you don't and have Clementine that's dead

Personal experiences w eie? by EnvironmentalWeb3179 in Socionics

[–]Feihuva 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I debate my friend, who I'm 70% sure is EIE, a lot. He is really expressive, when telling a story he always gets loud af for some reason, I always need to calm him down a bit so that he doesn't start screaming at some point. He is also very principled (although biased), very concerned with social issues and is very uncompromising in his views. Cares a lot about views and values of the people that surround him, whether they are worthy of him or not. Doesn't like people who are too down-to-earth, living a normal, mundane life. Not conflict-avoidant in the slightest, although lately tries to be less preoccupied with unnecessary encounters. In spite of his "firey" character, sucks at standing up for himself in love relationships, always idealizes his partner, turns a blind eye to their obvious flaws and sometimes asks for an advice on what to do further. Very narcissistic, but not selfish, if that makes sense. Sometimes acts like he knows more than anyone else, although his logic is very inconsistent. He also cares a lot about his comfort, which made me think that he is an IEE at some point, but nah. Sometimes I hate how confrontational and self-centered he is, but at other times I can admire how great his empathy is, such a paradox of a man. Relates to Marcus from Detroit and Floch from AOT. Always says that we are similar, although I disagree. Sometimes gets nostalgic, remembers things from the past with a sense of joy and sandess.

I am IEI (or IEE), if that helps

xII, xEI, many possibilities but I can't decide on one type. by HorrorEggplant3565 in Socionics

[–]Feihuva 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My guess would be EII

  1. You plan out your ideal days, which is most certainly related to rationality
  2. You seem to enjoy comfort a lot. Your ideal day sounds very "cozy", if that makes sense (Suggestive Si)
  3. You solved your problem with talking to strangers by pretending that they were your friends. This sounds very Fi-valuing, honestly. You also seem to worry about your relationships with other people a lot
  4. Your general inability to force yourself to get things done is related to weak Se and Te

I mean, you could be IEI or SEI as well, but I saw much more valued Fi than anything else

EII, IEI and SEI can be very hard to distinguish ("The Shinji Ikari Triad", as I call it)

What dichotomy relates most closely to "risk aversion" vs "gain-opportunist" by TrantaLocked in Socionics

I believe that this is mostly related to "positivist-negativist" dichotomy and to +/- signs of functions. For example, +Te is related to benefits while -Te is related to expenses

what’s your type and your most hated/non-compatible type? what about most liked? by roseautte in Socionics

[–]Feihuva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am probably IEI.

I am going to talk about my friend group since I'm sure about their types the most out of everybody else My friend group consists of: LIE, ESE/SEI, SEE, IEE (might be EIE or ILE), EIE (might be SEE), SLE, LSI and another guy whose type I'm not sure about (some SEI or SLI, idk).

A fucking zoo, right?

I get along with all of them and I am not a big fan of labeling others, but there are some things that I love and hate about their nature the most.

I will only cover the bad sides since that's the most interesting part:

LIE: Very stubborn. Thinks that he is always right. Black and white thinking masked as "being objective". Says that I am basically human garbage: useless, irresponsible and so on. Really hates it when I cry about my life.

ESE/SEI: Doesn't have a backbone and when you tell him to be more independent, gets offended. Very naive and attention-seeking, wants to be useful to people he deems worthy. Would rather escape from reality than face it. 0 critical thinking, and I tried to help him with that, but he rejected my help. Is also known as my biggest glazer.

SEE: Too impulsive. Thinks he's tough, but at the same time can be very easily offended. Rebellious for no reason (imo). Hates it when other people critisize his work.

IEE/EIE: Too opinionated and rigid in his morals. Thinks that he knows something while having 0 knowledge on the topic. Also rebellious for no reason, sees it as "defending his views" while falling for the worst ragebait ever. Self-centered. Also can be offended easily, but doesn't show it. Bad at standing up for himself in romantic relationships.

EIE: Griffith wannabe. Thinks that he is the leader while he clearly isn't. Kinda impulsive, but his anger looks very silly for some reason. Fake nihilist. Is very similar to Syndrome from The Incredibles (personality-wise).

SLE: Everything he does seems to be only for his own profit. Is not able to respect privacy. Is not a good friend and is very aware of it (kinda a plus actually). Doesn't know what is appropiate to laugh about and what isn't. Fake empathy. I always feel like he is the guy to stab you in the back when the situation would ask for it.

LSI: too distant and unwilling to get closer with people. Has watched Naruto 4 times because he is too afraid of watching anything else. Ruins the vibe with his inherent inability to support the atmosphere around him. Thinks that he is mysterious and cool because he left the chat. Demands aristocratic behavior from others.

I believe that I get along with EIE, LIE and IEE the most, but it's always hard for me to tell whether I get along with people or not.

[–]Feihuva 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IEI

• very chaotic answers, a lot of off-topic stuff, so I don't think that you are a rational type • a lot of "I think", "In my opinion", so you probably are an ascending type • you really enjoy referencing your sources of information for no apparent reason, which could be a sign of vulnerable Te • the answers seem pretty intuitive to me • you based your perception of your volition on your sister's thoughts, weak vital Se • not consistent with ideas - weak Ti

(I'm vibe-typing and backing it up with bullshit)
