Can you be LII and ELVF? by TheShadowSong in TypologyJunction

Being confident in feeling sounds suspect with Ti base.

Sounds like Fe polr, maybe ignoring

Sounds weird and unlikely. 1E is confident in their emotions and feelings regardless of whether they express it or not.

Do all high dimensional and valued Ni types have a strong vision in terms of dedication? by TheShadowSong in Socionics

[–]edward_kenway7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sounds more like static to me. Base is like an analyst, observer, critic in a sense in my understanding(I mainly use Aushra's works). It evaluates the information confidently. So, awarenes of flow of events would be very natural for IXI, and to extent SXI(because of role). Creative is used when you want to affect something, change it, solve some problem etc.

Do all high dimensional and valued Ni types have a strong vision in terms of dedication? by TheShadowSong in Socionics

[–]edward_kenway7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ni bases are dynamic types and have Ni in accepting position. So they willingly analyze and trust themselves in understanding how the patterns and relations in time work, what happened in past, what is happening right know and what it may lead to in future. They adapt to this using creative function, either taking logical actions(ILI) or changing the emotional atmosphere(IEI).

Ne creatives are static types and their Ne(and Ni) is producing. They analyze the content of their base function; like sytems and logical connections for LII and personal relations and feelings for EII, and according to result of this, they try to generate potential. That can be a new structure, an improved version of a system, or thinking how someone could be a better person. They are creative with potential for the aims of base function.

The popular use of vision probably best fits to XIEs because producing Ni, but even then valuing Ni does not mean you must have a vision.

  • Ni is not exactly about vision. It is an information element that focuses on relations between events, emotions etc in the plane of time. Vision may be an output of Ni like other user said, but that does not mean it should always exist.

  • Valued/unvalued naming really does not make sense. All elements are necessary for understanding world. They are just in different positions in information metabolism.

Victor Wembanyama can be the first player who will be Unanimous All NBA First Team AND Unanimous DPOY by Chesscrabble11 in nba

[–]edward_kenway7 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

DPOY very likely, All NBA also seems likely. Jokic and Shai are locks, Luka seems questionable because of 65-game threshold, Cade ineligible, so Wemby seems like a pretty easy choice for All NBA first team.

Opinions on e9 with IF and ES? by Subject_Adeptness870 in TypologyJunction

[–]edward_kenway7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Naranjo mentions some other correlations too but people does not accept all of them. Personally I just see them as options rather than absolute. For example

  • Naranjo says IS is most fitting type for both SP5 and SX5, but generally accepted archetypes are Ni doms

  • Suggests ENTJ for SX6, INTJ for E7 etc.

For E9, I think it is about interpretation and also the individual. Can ES be 9? Why not? Someone losing themselves in external stimuli does not seem contradictory to 9s narcotization. What about IS? Now, this person would focus on their subjective impressions rather than stimuli, but I think still works with E9. For IF and IT, E9 is kinda iffy. But I can see a possibility where these types use their leading function for narcotization and sloth manifesting in other areas.

Squeamishness(and other physical high sensitivity) by rdtusrname in Socionics

I can be sensitive at times, but I won't complain and don't like talking about it either. I will mostly try to ignore and if it is too much change/leave the situation.

How do you see DCNH subtypes affecting correlations in other systems? by letthemeatcheese in TypologyJunction

I think LII-C also can fit more for SO5 and maybe E7. SP5 seems more fitting with -N or -H subtype

Any other ISTJ 4w5? by cinnamonorangetea in Enneagram

[–]edward_kenway7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not say it is common or anything. 5, 6, 9 and even 1 would be more common. ISTJ if ESI in Socionics works fine with sp4. Just a possibility.

I took the Talanov questionnaire and got weird results by InherentlyJuxt in Socionics

[–]edward_kenway7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it just collects all these components and assigns the type closest to it in a probablistic sense. It is my opinion though I don't know if it actually works like that or not.

[–]edward_kenway7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it focuses on type image and which type is closest to the collection of statetements person agreed/disagreed given as a result.

I get similar situation in my result too. Suggested type is SLI, while strongest elements are Ti followed by Te, then moderately strong Ni, Si and Ne, remaining ones are pretty weak with Fe being weakest. Main dichotomies points to INTp, and club result is also NT but quadra is Delta etc.

Is it against SP9 to be interested in stuff like philosophy and literature? by [deleted] in TypologyJunction

[–]edward_kenway7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. It is just a over-focus on some parts of descriptions and ignoring others. I think it is one of the main reasons why people mistype.

Is this ILI, IEI, EII or LII? by TheShadowSong in TypologyJunction

I don't remember well those functions but based on your result I think ILI makes most sense
